Kids@Home respects the privacy of our customers, and we understand your desire to protect personal information.

Kids@Home Complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and fully supports the National Privacy principles which came into effect 21st December 2001.

Any information provided by our customers will be held with the utmost care and proper regard for privacy. We maintain E-mail lists to keep customers informed about areas of specific interest, and determine how to better improve products and services. We do not disclose personal information, or sell, rent or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. Personal Information about customers would only be released if required under law or as indicated in the Privacy Act 1988.
If at any stage you wish to have your name removed from the mailing list please contact the Kids @Home head office on 02 9326 5111.

We take care in the storage and disposal of any personal information that you provide in your order or enquiry. We do not retain your credit card information, and ask that you re-submit your appropriate credit card details, and specific product descriptions with each new order.

Please remember that information you submit via E-mail is not always secure. It should be regarded as insecure unless it has been encoded or encrypted. E-mail will be deemed public information and is not confidential. There is a risk of interception in such communication methods, so please be careful and responsible when you are online.

In the event there is a major change to Kids@Home privacy practices, a notice will be posted here on our website. If the change involves the use of your personally identifiable information, an option will be given to remove your details from such use.
