The Website, Freckles and You
This website, found under the www.freckles.com.au URL, is operated by Kids @ Home Pty Ltd (Sydney) and references to "we", "us" and "our" shall be deemed to be references to Kids @ Home. References "you", and "your" shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order or enquiry via this website.
How to place an order
Step 1 - Your Basket
Choose from the categories in the 'Shop By Design' or 'Shop by Category' drop-down menu's to view available product listings.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase and have clicked through to that particular product page, select the colour, size (if applicable) and quantity, then simply click the 'Buy' button.
Each and every time you 'Buy' a product, you will automatically be re-directed to your shopping basket where you can view your updated shopping list.
From your shopping basket, you must click on one of the following options to proceed; 'Continue Shopping', 'Update Order', 'Cancel Order', or 'Checkout'.
Step 2 - Delivery Details
To finalize your order, click on the 'Checkout' option in your Shopping Basket, complete the delivery details form, and click 'Next' to submit your information.
Step 3 - Order Confirmation & Payment Details
An Order Confirmation page will appear where you will be asked to enter your credit card details for payment.
Once you are happy that all the information you have supplied is correct, click on 'Checkout'.
After your credit card has been successfully verified, it will be debited and a tax invoice will be sent to your email address to acknowledge your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex as payment.

Returns/Exchange Policy
Freckles is committed to providing you and your family a quality products.
Please note that Freckles appliqué products are hand stitched and each item has intrinsic variations that make each item unique. Variations in fabric and construction should not be considered flaws.
We are happy to exchange or give you a credit note to the value of your initial purchase providing it is within 28 days of the initial online purchase, in sale-able condition and with original packaging.
Freckles does not credit or exchange B-grade sales or Sale items.
Freckles does not credit or exchange items that have not been cared for as per the care instructions.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Proof of Freckles Online purchase must accompany any claim for a product credit or exchange.
Please note Freckles Online cannot accept claims from other retailers or online shopping sites.
In-store returns can be processed immediately. Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to process.
The above policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Procedure:
Please phone 02 9326 5036 and request a Freckles online return authorization.
Quote your product and receipt number.
You will be advised of product availability and return method appropriate to your location.
Goods must be accompanied by a return authorization number.
Our guarantee to you
We endeavour to display all items in our current range on this website. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item may be out of stock and unavailable for re-order at which time we will contact you directly.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
Postage & Delivery
Your order will be processed and dispatched according to the following time frames. Please select your delivery option. Deliveries will be made during standard business hours Monday to Friday.
You will be notified by phone if any items in your order are not readily available or delayed.
Standard - 5-7 business days (Please allow 14 days during Sale periods)
We deliver standard orders via Australia Post. If no one is home to collect the order you may need to collect your delivery from the post office. Cost varies with weight and volume. Bulky items may incur a surcharge. Interstate orders may take 10 working days to deliver.

- 9.1-11 kg - $28.95
Express - 2-4 business days $39.95
We deliver express orders within Australia to your address via courier. You will need to ensure someone is present to accept the order at the delivery address during business hours. Large orders may incur a surcharge.
New Zealand - Maximum 16 business days
- Under 3 kg - $25.00
- 3.1-5 kg - $35.00
- 5.1-7 kg - $55.00
- 7.1-9 kg - $85.00
- 9.1-11 kg - $125.00
Large orders may incur a surcharge.
You will be contacted wtihin 48 hours to be advised of any additional surcharges.
Furniture deliveries (within Sydney only) will be quoted separately according to item and location. We will contact you prior to shipping.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside Australia/New Zealand, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside Australia/New Zealand complies with any applicable non-Australian laws or regulations.
Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
